阿扎·加特（Azar Gat），牛津大学 政治 学博士， 以色列 特拉维夫大学杰出讲席教授，研究领域为 军事 史、军事 战略 以及 战争 与和平相关专题，主要著作有：《军事 思想 的起源：从启蒙至克劳塞维茨》（The Origins of Military Thought: From the En light enment to Clausewitz，1991）、《军事思想的发展：19世纪》（The Development of Military Thought: The Nineteenth Century，1992）、《法西斯主义与自由主义的战争观》（Fascist and Liberal Visions of War，1998）、《军事 思想史 ：从启蒙至 冷战 》（A History of Military Thought: From the Enlightenment to the Cold War，2003）、《国家：政治族裔与 民族 主义探源》（Nations: The Long History and Deep Roots of Political Ethnicity and Nationalism， 2013 ）等。
